hope in ghosts is the project of Chicago-based musician Ted Flynn. According to Flynn, "The whole project is sort of loosely based on the idea that in a world where everything is already spoken for, creativity tends to reside in the uncontrolled traces and residues left by otherwise uneventful repetitions." The music of hope in ghosts is an intelligent fusion of some of the best elements of jangle pop, shoegazing and post-rock.
